 1. Why should I hire a wedding planner? I’ve got this!

Listen, I get it. You’ve got your to-do list, your Pinterest board, and your wedding dreams. But here’s the thing: weddings are chaos—the good kind, but still. A wedding planner is like your backstage crew, managing the details and keeping things running smooth so you don’t have to worry about a thing. I’ll make sure you can kick back and enjoy the ride, without getting bogged down by the 20 million things that need to happen.

2. How involved will I be in the planning process?

Honestly? As involved (or uninvolved) as you want to be. Whether you want to dive into every detail with me or sit back and let me work my magic, I’ve got you covered. You bring the vibe, I’ll bring the vision and logistics. We can be as hands-on or hands-off as you like.

3. Do I need to have a clear vision for my wedding when I book you?

Not at all. Some couples come to me with a Pinterest board and a dream, while others are like, “I don’t even know where to start.” If you're not sure where to begin, we’ll kick things off with a think tank session. This is where we dig into what makes you tick—what you love, what you hate, what excites you, and what’s a hard pass. From there, I’ll build a wedding vision that feels 100% authentic to you. No pressure to have it all figured out in the beginning; I’ll help you shape it into something epic.

4. What do you need from me to get started?

To get started, all I need is for you to be open to sharing who you are, what you love, and what excites you. You don’t need to have a vision yet—no pressure to have Pinterest boards or mood boards ready to go. We’ll dive into what makes you tick, what you love, what you hate, and how you want your day to feel. I’ll also need a ballpark budget, so we can make sure everything we dream up fits within your reality. Once I know your vibe, I’ll take it from there and bring it all to life.

5. How far ahead do I need to book you?

I’m booking weddings 6–12 months out for local weddings and 12+ months out for destination weddings. The earlier you reach out, the better chance I have of locking in your date. But hey, if you're planning a wedding in a hurry—don’t stress! I’m all about working with tight timelines too.

6. What makes your approach different from other planners?

What sets me apart? I’m not here to just “check boxes” and “do weddings.” I’m here to make sure your wedding is the most you thing that’s ever happened—fully designed, totally authentic, and wildly unforgettable. My background in science means I’ve got organization, precision, and logistics down to, well, a science. I also love working with couples who are ready to think outside the box—whether it’s the locations, the design, or the experience itself. I’ll take care of the heavy lifting, so you can focus on what matters: having the time of your life.

7. What’s included in your design services?

Design is everything to me. It’s not just about color palettes and florals (although I will make those look incredible). I get into the nitty-gritty of your entire wedding aesthetic—think architectural elements, lighting that sets the mood, guest experiences that’ll have everyone talking, and creating scenes that feel like they belong in a magazine. Because without depth, it’s not design—it’s just decorating. 

8. Can I book you for just day-of coordination?

Absolutely. If you’ve got the planning and design already in place, but need someone to step in and make sure everything runs smoothly, day-of coordination is the perfect option. I’ll take over about six weeks before the wedding, confirm all the details with vendors, and build out your timeline. On the big day, I’ll be there making sure everything is seamless, so you can focus on enjoying every moment.


Pro Tip: If you’re also looking for some styling and design magic, that’s an add-on service I offer as well. Just know that styling and design requires a bit more lead time (at least 3–5 months) to really nail down the perfect look, vibe, and flow.

9. Will you work with my other vendors or do I have to use your recommendations?

Totally up to you! I’ve got an amazing roster of trusted vendors that I work with, but if you’ve got other vendors you’re passionate about, I’m happy to integrate them into the plan. I’m here to make your vision happen, not mine. If you need recommendations or advice, though, I’ve got you covered.

10. Do you provide wedding rentals?

I do have a small inventory of items, but I’ve also got an epic network of rental partners and can recommend the best places to rent everything from chairs to lounge furniture to statement pieces. I’ll also help you figure out exactly what you need, so there’s no over- or under-ordering.

11. Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, I get it—weddings are an investment. I offer payment plans to break up the cost over time so you don’t feel overwhelmed. We’ll make it work with your budget and timeline. Just ask, and we’ll make sure it fits.

12. Do you do destination weddings?

Hell yes. Whether it’s the rugged beauty of Iceland, the charm of a villa in Tuscany, or a mountain-side celebration in Bali, I’m all about creating epic weddings in unique locations. If it’s a place that requires unique logistics, like special transportation or navigating local culture and venues, I’m in. Let’s take your wedding somewhere bold and unforgettable.
